How can I get my User ID and password?

Your password is reset each reporting cycle. To receive your password, you must first register on the Login and Registration page. If you have forgotten your user id, you will need to contact the helpdesk. If you have already registered but forgot the password, click on the forgot password button, verify that the correct PR is referenced and then enter the correct answers to both security questions displayed and then click the Submit button.


My login information doesn't work. What should I do?

The first step you should take is to make sure that you're entering the information in correctly. A common problem is using the letter 'O' in the PR award number instead of the 0 (zero). A simple solution to ensure that you're keying in the proper information is to 'copy and paste' the login information directly from the email that contains all of the information. If you try again but still have no success, please contact the help desk for assistance


I didn't receive the announcement email.

First, please check your spam folder. If you don't see the email, please contact the help desk and request that the announcement email be resent.


I have fellows who did not receive any award this year.

If these are fellows that have been funded previously or will be funded, you need to include them on your report for this year. Select the Not Funded option and complete the page which displays.


I need to delete a fellow from the list.

If a fellow has not and will never receive an award, please contact the help desk to have them removed.

The name of one of my fellows is spelled incorrectly.

If a fellow has not and will never receive an award, please contact the help desk to have them removed.


The first and last name of one of my fellows is transposed.

You can click on the edit button to edit the fellow's information. The fellow must be marked as Funded or Not Funded in order to proceed to the Edit Fellow page.


The fellow count displayed on Grantee Page 2 is incorrect and I can't update it.

The fellowships awarded using GAANN funds, matching funds, or both on the Grantee page 2 is based on the information based on your responses to the question, "What is the source of the GAANN fellow's stipend?" for each fellow on the Fellow Data - Page 2 screen.


On the list of fellows, should we include those who were supported on the previous grant?

No, only include the fellows you are supporting under your current grant.


I clicked the Save button and the login page displayed. Why?

The system will timeout after 20 minutes of inactivity. The system does not consider entry into a data field as activity. Please make sure you click the Save button frequently.


I submitted my report, but now I need to make changes to it.

You will not be able to update your report after it is submitted. If you need to update the information, contact your program officer to have the report unsubmitted.
